Service Terms and Cancellation Policy
Kevork Adanas, P.C. is a law firm that operates adanaslaw.com. We utilize the information you provide to complete all necessary legal documentation required to form your Corporation or Company and to complete other legal documents that you may order. Only after speaking with you and becoming familiar with the circumstances of your specific situation are we able to render you legal advice. If upon speaking with a lawyer you choose to engage our services, then the attorney's fees will be included in the fees for the services provided and paid for. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed by the Firm but before documents have been sent to the State for filing, the Firm will refund the total order amount less a U.S.$100.00 cancellation fee. If the order is cancelled anytime after that, the Firm will review your file to ascertain how much work was completed and then submit to you a Confirmation of Refund Letter refunding the unutilized portion of the fees paid to the firm. Upon receipt of the signed Confirmation of Credit letter from you, the Firm will disburse the partial refund.

The firm accepts all major credit cards, cash, cashier's checks and money orders. The firm does not accept personal or business checks as payment for our services. Should you have any questions about the Firm's cancellation policy, please feel free to contact us at info@adanaslaw.com.

Liability
The Firm assumes no responsibility for computer viruses resulting from use of our Web site. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall the Firm be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this Web site, even if the Firm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
